Demon Chaser Film Challenge Kickoff

Last night the Demon Chaser Film Challenge officially kicked off at Blue Star Coffee in Salt Lake City. A handful of teams were present to discuss their films, gain additional cast/crew as needed, and worked out production issues for their upcoming shoots.

So far 20 teams have signed up and will produce their films to screen at Tower Theaters on October 16th. Deadline for film submissions is October 10th. Response for this years Demon Chaser has exceeded that of previous years, a testament to the event itself founded by Brian Higgins.

 

The registered teams are required to create a horror film within a selected sub-genre and incorporate elements given to them at registration. The list of sub-genre's and the teams include;
